It is a pleasant property located in South Shore district not far from south pier as well as the beach. The staff are attentive, and there is a good reception to relax in. The location is magnificent, nonetheless the area is quite dirty.

Great overall experience. The hotel was a good base for enjoying a nice enough area, near to fourth pier and many restaurants and pleasure Beach, beach, tram stops. I was met by welcoming and best staff at the reception.
